At DiabeEase Naturals, we stand by the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you decide that our product isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please note the following:

  • Return Authorisation: Before returning any item, please contact us at info@diabeease.co.uk to obtain return authorisation. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.

  • Condition of Return: We accept returns even if the product is opened. However, all components, including packaging, should be returned.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to DiabeEase Naturals.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if your order total was £100, £20 will be deducted as a restocking fee, and you will be refunded £80.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Sale Item Return Policy

All sales are final. For items damaged in transit or errors in your shipment, please email us at info@diabeease.co.uk within 7 days of your delivery date for assistance.

Multiple Refunds & Multiple Items Refund Policy

To prevent misuse of our return policy, we limit returns to up to 2 unique items per customer. Any refund requests beyond two items will be considered for exchange only.

If you've adjusted your order after placing it, the right to refund or return any adjusted items is waived due to the specific nature of the request.
